• CD23 (Low affinity immunoglobulin epsilon Fc receptor) is a type II transmembrane protein also known as Fc-epsilon-RII, BLAST-2, or C-type lectin domain family 4 member J (CLEC4J). It is encoded by the FCER2 gene in humans.
