- Interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha (CD123, also known as IL3RA, SUT-1) is the alpha chain of the IL-3 receptor, a cell surface receptor expressed on hematopoietic progenitor cells, monocytes, and B-lymphocytes, where it regulates hematopoietic cell production and differentiation.
