• Integrin alpha-L (ITGAL), also known as CD11a or LFA-1 alpha chain, is a leukocyte-specific transmembrane protein that associates with ITGB2 (CD18) to form the lymphocyte function-associated antigen 1 (LFA-1) integrin.
