- BTK (Bruton tyrosine kinase) is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase essential for B lymphocyte development, differentiation, and signaling. It phosphorylates PLCG2 in cooperation with BLNK after B-cell antigen receptor (BCR) engagement, igniting downstream calcium mobilization and protein kinase C activation.
