Biological Background: Aurora B Function and Localization
- Aurora B (AURKB) is a serine/threonine-protein kinase and a core component of the chromosomal passenger complex (CPC), essential for proper chromosome segregation and cytokinesis. Related references: PMID:11516652, PMID:12925766, PMID:14610074
