• Arsk (arylsulfatase K), also known as glucuronate-2-sulfatase, is a lysosomal enzyme that belongs to the sulfatase family.
• It catalyzes the hydrolysis of synthetic pseudosubstrates such as p-nitrocatechol sulfate and p-nitrophenyl sulfate (by similarity).
