Biological Background: APPBP2 Function and Localization
- APPBP2 (Amyloid protein-binding protein 2, also known as APP-BP2 or PAT1) is a substrate-recognition component of the Cul2-RING (CRL2) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex in the DesCEND pathway. Related references: PMID:29775578, PMID:29779948, PMID:37844242
