Biological Background: ADAM10 Function and Localization

• ADAM10, also known as Kuzbanian or CDw156, is a member of the ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloprotease) family and functions as a transmembrane metalloprotease involved in ectodomain shedding of diverse substrates.
